Please remember, it is your responsibility to retrieve your I-94 card online following each and every entry to the US. However, with the switch to Simplified Arrival sometimes there are errors or mistakes made by CBP officers when processing foreign visitors. You should always review your I-94 after you travel. And if you spot an error, make sure to follow the steps outlined in this circular from the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) to correct it.
