Here’s how the Schear Immigration team works, step-by-step:

1. Begin with an initial case assessment conducted by one of our attorneys.
 
2. Following the assessment, you'll receive a proposal from Schear Immigration.
 
3. Once you confirm engagement, we’ll launch a document request board on Monday.com.
 
4. Collaborate closely with us on the Monday.com dashboard to gather and upload supporting documents. 
 
5. Our team will draft a petition or application letter, along with necessary forms for your review and signature.

​6. We will submit your petition or application to the relevant US government authority.

7. From there, we will manage all aspects of consular processing, including scheduling interviews, reviewing application forms, and assembling interview packets. 
 
8. We'll provide you with a detailed memo outlining the steps involved in the consular processing.
 
9. Meet with your attorney to prepare for your interview at the US Embassy.
 
10. We’ll review and verify copies of visa stamps to ensure the proper issuance of your visas.
 
11. Finally, we’ll send you a Post Approval memo detailing travel and US entry procedures as needed.
