We at Schear Law Offices (“Schear“, “us“, “we“, or “our“) recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our clients and visitors to our website (“Site“). This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect from you when you the Site and/or receive legal services from us (“Services“). This Privacy Notice also explains how we collect, process, transfer, store and disclose the information collected. “You” means any individual visiting the Site or receiving Services.

As part of the provision of our Services, you may be required to register and provide us with information through the Immigration Tracker software portal (“Immigration Tracker“). Use of the Immigration Tracker is subject to the Immigration Tracker’s the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

In the course of provision of Services, we will collect any materials you provide to us, either directly, through the Immigration Tracker, or through other online services. These materials may include Personal Data such as personal documents, passport photos, company documents, or other images, photos, or documents. We also collect any additional Personal Data you may provide in the course of Service, including Personal Data that may be required for immigration forms which may include sensitive Personal Data such as race, membership in professional associations, biometric data.

It is your voluntary decision whether to provide us with any such Personal Data, but if you refuse to provide such information or part thereof we may not be able to provide you with the Services.
