Mike Allen is a results‐driven business attorney with over a two decades of experience in US immigration law, including extensive experience in preparation and filing of various work visas (H‐1B, L‐1, TN, E‐2, E-3 and O‐1), PERM labor certification applications, I‐140 immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
Throughout his career, Mike has successfully counseled multinational corporations as well as public and private growth companies, focusing on personnel relocation and work authorization strategies, corporate governance, M&A, and commercial transactions. His interpersonal skills and strategic insights have made him a trusted advisor, adept at liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring seamless communication for his clients.
