Jack advises business large and small on strategies they can pursue to support key personnel objectives, including planning for international employee transfers, leveraging investments to U.S. entrepreneurial ventures that can qualify for U.S. work visas, like E-2 or L-1A, and considering the array of immigration options available to onboard and retain key employees.

Jack also represents individual clients across the immigration legal spectrum, including family- and humanitarian-based immigration petitions.

 

With over a decade of experience at some of the U.S.’s largest immigration practices, Jack has developed particular expertise in analyzing and solving for immigration issues as they arise throughout the immigration case lifecycle.

  • Jack received his Bachelor’s Degree from New York University in 2011 and Juris Doctor from Boston University in 2014.

  • Jack holds active licenses in good standing in the states of New York and New Jersey.

  • Jack is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He currently serves as Co-Chair for the New York Chapter’s Consular Practice Committee, and as Secretary for its Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Liaison Committee.

  • Jack was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and developed conversational competence in Arabic and Hebrew through his parents, Jewish emigrees from Syria and Lebanon.
