Cindy Azoulay brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate and family-based immigration law, with a focus on U.S. business immigration.
Cindy has particular expertise in securing treaty trader and treaty investor visas (E-1, E-2) for Israeli companies, as well as identifying and implementing strategic visa solutions—including L-1, H-1B, O-1, and EB-1 options for startups, small businesses, and multinational organizations.
Cindy has been recognized in the Lexology Index as a Thought Leader in Corporate Immigration.

Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Cindy has lived in Israel for more than 30 years.

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of Bridgeport and is admitted to the Connecticut Bar.

Cindy is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She previously served on AILA’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Committee and on the organization’s Board of Governors as Chair of the Rome District Chapter. She currently serves on the Business Steering Committee.
